Pokémon Dream Radar (known in Japan as Pokémon AR Searcher) is an augmented reality game for the Nintendo 3DS, released through the Nintendo eShop. It is the second downloadable Pokémon title on the system after Pokédex 3D. It was released in Japan on June 23, 2012 and October 7 in North America and will be released October 12 in Europe.
Players use the system's camera, motion control, and AR to discover hidden Pokémon. Once they are found, players can catch the Pokémon by moving the 3DS to aim and shoot beams at them. When captured, they can then be sent to the player's copy of Pokémon Black 2 and White 2.
